Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct performance management activities such as performance reviews, feedback sessions, and goal setting.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR practices and processes.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits.
Support employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies.
Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including personnel files and attendance records.
Handle HR administrative tasks such as preparing reports, letters, and other documentation.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or HR Director
Requirements:
PG degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
