Novozymes, a Denmark based company has acquired the Pacific Vet Group, a company based in Arkansas, USA. The terms of this deal were not disclosed by the companies. The company Novozyme entered the probioitics for animal feed segment through partnering with the Adisseo in the May 2015. Novozyme states that the financial outlook of the FY 2015 remain unaffected by this acquisition deal. 

Pacific Vet Group is the manufacturer and distributor the science-based probiotic products used in the poultry and livestock industries with its headquarters in the Arkansas, USA. The company was established in 2008 and has significant experience of the develpoement of the probiotic with its application in poultry feed. Novozyme is the Denmark based company operates globally and was founded in the year 2000. The company focuses on research and development along with development of the industrial enzymes, microorganisms, and biopharmaceutical ingredients.
